OC LUNÍK II

Business center LUNÍK II is located in the city district Košice-Terasa at Hronská street no. 10. Near to business center is former cinema Kino Družba and Teaching Hospital with health care.

The center was built between 1964–1966 as a project Ján Šprlák and Eugen Kramár. Within the premises are artistically emphasized with works Fraňo Gibala, Herta Ondrušová-Viktorínová or the well-known sculptor Mária Bartuszová from Košice.

Facilities with a total capacity exceeding 4 500 m2 offer a wide range of services and commercial facilities for public. The largest tenants are LABAŠ Ltd. (FRESH supermarket), CALIFOR, Ltd., FORTUNA SK, s.c., 1.day, Ltd., TETA drogerie and other smaller business operation.

Reconstruction of the fasade of the object was realized in 2014. Security camera system was installed and exterior lighting as well.
